Preservation and Propagation of 190+ varieties of native seeds of rice, millets, pulses, and oil, Creating a water revolution in Vasuri by digging 30 ponds of around 5000 sq. ft each Begin construction of a fertilizer and pesticide production unit at Vasuri with the help of government linkage.

Year 2020-21
Covid hits hard but spirits stay high. GRD started a unique project called Seeds for Life for Conserving, Cultivating, Consuming, and, Commercialising native varieties of seeds of rice, millet, pulses, and, oil seeds. More than 100+ varieties of native seeds of rice, millets, pulses, and oil are preserved. Water resource development for more than 675 tribals, 550+ students benefitted through the tinkering lab.

Expansion of Wadi agriculture, women empowerment, and education program benefitting more than 1500+ tribal families, Mathematics program introduced in 7 schools.
Year 2018-19
Implementation of Water resource development reaps results and farmers see a 40-50% rise in income from farming. 51 new SHGs formed and Rs.90 lacs worth of government linkage to women.

450+ farmers adopted for Wadi, Formation of 180 SHG, 5000+ beneficiaries of water resources development.
Year 2016-17
GRD expands its scope of activities into women empowerment, rural education, and skill development. Depends water resource facility for tribals by reaching out to 1200+ people.
